A Vittalaraya HegdeHailing from Borkatte Hegde Family, Ankadi Vittalaraya Hegde is a graduate in Bachelor of Arts from Mangalore University. Having gained insight to the trade from his uncle he established his own industry in 1989. With the increasing demand for cashew kernels, he slowly expanded the business and today Jayalaxmi enterprises has more than 600 workers with 2 sister concerns catering to needs of both international and domestic market. He looks after the daily affairs of the unit and has tremendous experience in cashew trade.

B.Ganapathi HegdeYounger brother of A.V.Hegde, Borkatte Ganapathi Hegde is a Bcom graduate from Mangalore University. Having gained knowledge about the international trade he along with his brother tried to expand their markets across the globe. With his excellent entrepreneurial qualities he looks after the external affairs of the business. He has great concern for the welfare of society. He joined hands in initiating Chetana Special School meant for physically and mentally challenged people. He is also office bearer of various organizations serving different categories of people.
